Before starting to fill up the Application, make sure you have a scanned or digital print of your photograph, signature and all academic certificates in the .jpg/.gif/.png/.jpeg format. Signature file size must not exceed 100 KB. Photograph and Certificates file size must not exceed 300 KB. |

Sl#. Please preserve this email. |
