All Interns placed in deferent ICT Companies are requested to submit the Monthly Progress
    Report and Monthly Bill for each month completed to collect their monthly allowances.

The Monthly Bill is to be filled up and signed by the Interne and counter signed by the authorized
   person of the company along with the seal. Please make sure that the same person of the
   company  is signing both (i.e. the Monthly Report and the Monthly Bill).
   
  9.  How to fill the Report? 
   
The Monthly Progress Report has to be sent for each Interne separately for every month. If a
   company has 3 Interns, then there will be 3 separate Progress Reports.
     
    Please fill the starting date and ending date of the month carefully.

The Interns, who complete their internship are required to prepare & report for the Ministry of
   Science and ICT called the Internship Report.
